Company Policy

HYDRONAV SERVICES (S) PTE LTD is committed to providing high standard and reliable Hydrographic, Geophysical and positioning equipment to its clients. Hydronav Services acknowledges that its customers are depending, for the success of their projects, on such high quality standards. This policy has been the cornerstone of the company since its foundation in 1990.

Hydronav Services shall continue to maintain such a policy, in accordance with sound and ethical commercial practices, in order to respond to the specific requirements of each client. The future of this company being highly dependent on the level of quality of its survey equipment and reliability of related support services, we will continue to improve on such quality in order to strengthen its position in the Survey Industry.

Our commitment to our clients is to provide them with state of the art technology, up to date well maintained equipment and quality technical support. To do so, we shall continue to employ qualified staff, train them and provide them with a safe and conducive work environment.

The Managing Director of Hydronav Services is responsible to ensure that this Company Policy is implemented and maintained and shall initiate action to rectify any problems and take subsequent preventive measures so as to avoid recurrence of such problems for the benefit of the company and its customers.

He shall also report to the Board Of Directors on a regular basis and make recommendations on improvements to SERVE OUR CUSTOMERS BETTER.
